Our family was introduced to Mike Pace & Co. 2 years ago when we moved to Lynnfield. Mike came highly recommended to us by our realtor as an excellent contractor for some of the detailed projects and remodeling we wanted to address in our new home. Since that day, we have been thrilled at finding such a talented and committed professional. Mike is able to take the homeowner’s goals and budget and create multiple options by really listening to his customers. We had met so many other contractors who just passed through and didn’t really take the actual time to listen to us and spend time exploring different options. This was perhaps the biggest difference with Mike. With each project he has done so far, he has taken his time to listen, plan, and carefully complete each project with great attention to detail. Some of the projects he has completed include design and construction of an enormous closet with built in shelves in our bedroom, a large built in shelving unit in a second bedroom, and reconfiguration of our master bedroom entryway to build a walk-in linen closet. Mike is very innovative and truly gifted in his trade, specifically with creative and sophisticated built-ins and fine carpentry work. It is not often you find a contractor who is willing to go above and beyond for his customers in the way he does.

Since 2004 we have used Mike & Co. for numerous projects at our house on the North Shore of Massachusetts. Mike & Co. has (i) built and installed custom cabinetry for our wet bar, (ii) built a custom deck with a natural gas BBQ and fire pit, (iii) built a customized great room, including entertainment center, and (iv) installed new Anderson windows throughout our entire home. Mike, the principal at the Company, is a true craftsman and professional. Mike and his crew, including his son, Vinny, approach every project like they are working at their own home.
