Michael Pace was born in East Boston, MA. After completion of high school in East Boston, he continued his schooling at Boston State College. During and after college Michael was involved in the auto body/auto repair business. In 1978 Michael moved to South Florida and Mike and Company was formed. While living in Florida, Michael started working in boat industry, assembling wood interiors on various boats. Michael started his own custom cabinet manufacturing company specializing in interior furniture, bed sets, bars, kitchen cabinets, and commercial office furniture. Upon returning to Massachusetts in 1987, Mike and Co. started focusing on general contracting. Mike and Co. has provided old time service with traditional values for over three decades. These practices have helped many customers with their home improvements.
Vincent Pace was born in Hollywood, FL. After his family moved back to Massachusetts, Vincent attended Peabody High School. After high school, Vincent enrolled at Bridgewater State College for his freshman year before transferring to Salem State College. Vincent graduated in 2007 from Salem State College with a bachelor of science degree in Business Management. Vincent has been working with his father for over 10 years and enjoys applying his business skills with his knowledge of construction.
